For grounding RF shielding paint for protection from cell phone towers or WiFi, we use conductive tape. This tape is placed on the wall surface in between coats of RF shielding paint then connected to our grounding plate.
 
The fabric tape material is Nickel Copper Polyester which is the same material as our RF fabrics and router covers.
 
The fabric tape is 20m long and 15mm wide.
