Product Returns

You can exchange or return for refund a product that you have purchased from EMFShop within 30 days of your purchase.

Please contact us through email at to confirm the issue and whether you are looking to return or exchange your item purchased on Once confirmed we will provide you with a returns shipping address.

Your right to exchange or return is subject to these conditions:

- EMFShop must take receipt of the return or exchanged product within 30 days of receipt of your purchases

- The product must be in new and resalable condition

- You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs

- If you are exchanging your items for another item, EMFShop will pay for the cost of shipping back to you

- If you request a refund, it will be credited to the same account as the account from which the original payment was made

Returning grounding and earthing products

Returns of grounding products which includes any sheets, underlays, pillow cases or inner pillow liners which have been used, due to hygienic reasons, these products can not be refunded.


​EMFShop uses established courier services and all orders are tracked.

Missing Parcel

​EMFShop is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. We will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such.

Faulty Products

All products are inspected prior to packaging and shipping. However, if you find your product is faulty, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law will be respected and a refund or exchange of product will be provided and shipped at no cost to you.
