CelloEye – 24G-5S - Tiny RF detector - latest version

An "ALWAYS ON", compact, ultra wideband frequency detector with high sensitivity. Covers a very wide range for the common RF transmissions will also detect 5G frequencies up to 24GHz. When in range of RF the CelloEye flashes and beeps to indicate sensitivity of 100 μW/m2  (micro watts per meter squared) or greater.

A very useful, small and portable RF that can be carried around or placed in a location to detect RF.

Applications:

  • Detecting RF from cell phones, cell towers, smart meters, WiFi, Bluetooth, microwave ovens and other various wireless/cordless transmitters, including newer radars and 5G transmissions up to 24GHz
  • Finding RF hot spots in any location.
  • Constant RF tranmissions monitoring (will typically operate for 4+ years on a single CR2032 coin battery) .
  • Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) detection, installations.
  • Capture smart meters transmission behavior.
  • Spy camera, wireless bug finder.
  • Personal living environment EMF scanning.

Specifications:

  • RF Frequency range: 50MHz up to 24GHz.
  • Sensitivity: down to 0.1 mW/m2 or 100 μW/m2 - micro watts per meter squared
  • One LED indicator.
  • Uses 1 x Cr2032 battery.
  • Analog RF and Digital burst RF (GSM, TDMA, CDMA, LTE, DECT, ZigBee, Bluetooth, UWB, Wi-Fi, WiMAX 2.4GHz, 3.6GHz, 5.8GHz, 2,3,4,5 generations), radars up to 24GHz.
  • Dimensions: 56 x 39 x 12mm.
  • Net weight: 18g.

Personal Note:

This little meter is a real gem. I personally have one in my car and one in my office. I leave them in prominent positions to monitor the RF in these areas. The one in the office, will light up maybe once or twice a day and notify me that some RF have passed through. The same for the car, but this one activates more often with cell towers and and other transmissions. These are my canaries, they let me know if my personal radio frequency environment is changing. And if it does change, I'll be able to catch it at the beginning and remediate where I can. Note that in my home we do not have WiFi and keep other transmitters to a minimum, so the CelloEye picks up other sources of RF. I love this little thing.
